 Fully utilize all training resources, both within and outside the company, to continually raise standards of safety, operational efficiency, professionalism and service to our internal and external clients.
 Seek to offer opportunities to both flight and ground personnel for professional and personal growth in order that each individual will be stimulated, motivated, and committed to put forth their best efforts in maintaining and continually improving our high standards.
